Misleading and dishonest. But your wording may reflect innocent ignorance rather than willful deception. To say “can NOW be baptized” falsely implies that they couldn’t before.

Baptism isn’t a reward it’s a gateway to grace. Whether or not the person is spiritually disposed to RECEIVING that grace, only God can no. But under most circumstances the gateway to that grace…
Finally, this is me throwing down the gauntlet.
The “trans people can NOW’ be baptized” rhetoric is deceptive BS. Good for clicks. Bad for Truth. They could always be baptized. This isn’t new.
